This week Sara Lynn Cauchon shares 5 Healthy Smoothie Recipes that are perfect for Breakfast!

5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each Day Of The Week

Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger

Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated

Wednesday — Red Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon

Thursday — Purple Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted

Friday — Green Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of baby spinach

Add liquid to the blender first.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.

    i use strawberries strawberry yogurt and milk to make a strawberry smoothie and it’s amazing except i don’t like how the seeds float around it seems weird ?

    wow am i tired of these "healthy" fads, its a fucking sugary smoothie theres nothing healthy about it and adding vegetables to it wont decrease the amount of sugar in it or make it less harmful, give me some real unhealthy smoothie recipes already because thats what smoothies are

    Adding juice to smoothies that already has fruit isn’t healthy , Fruits already have sugar in them and juice just adds up that sugar . It’s better to use Milk or water .
