    These meals are the reason people eat unhealthy stuff.

    That piece of fish was murdered in the oven, looked terrible at the end, at least it took the attention away from what it was sat on.

    I'd take a nicely seasoned chicken breast and some green beans over any of these concoctions.

    Never used spray on oil to grease non stick pans. It will ruin the non stick surface in the long run and cause the Teflon coating to lift.
