CAP Soccer Specific Interval Test (CSSIT)


This soccer specific conditioning test can be performed in a small 25 yd grid and works similar to other intermittent interval tests, but adds a 30 second rest after every two intervals. Interval times start at 30 seconds and get progressively faster (cut off 1 second per set) as you go through. Athletes complete the test when they are unable to finish by the given interval time for that set.
