    I’ve lost 30 pounds in the last couple months after watching this. Like I had a sudden urge to work out. Part of it a my own drive but I mean it’s crazy that I really think this helped! I was never an active person before! I come back every month or so for a refresher! Thanks Michael!

At the end when you wake us up from 1-5 you switch 1-2-3-2-1 instead of 1-2-3-4-5. ?Not sure if you wanna edit that. But regardless it is a wonderful meditation. Thank you so much

    Listened for the 1st time last night. When I started all was quite in my room, but as I listened my hubby started to snore and my kids decided to start making noise. But I could still hear his voice loud and clear. At one point I told myself I need to go tell my kids to quite down but I was so relaxed my body didn't cooperate ? the next thing I know I'm opening my eyes to the end of the video, feeling relaxed (my kids even were laying quietly in their room…) I'm feeling hopefully after night one, I will update later.

    I play this when I’ve just got in bed and waiting to fall asleep. Is this okay to fall asleep to? Or am I supposed to be awake to listen to it word for word. Because I’ve only made it like 5 minutes in then wake up the next morning not remembering listening to everything
