Also "Nova Scotia" translates to "New Ireland".
"Scotland" also translates to "Land of the Irish".
Thid is because scotland was founded by an Irish kingdom and over hundreds of years Scotland became a completely separate nation, so when this part of Canada was named after Scotland by King James, he unknowingly named it after Ireland too.

Except for the Racist ass Commercial fishermen who give lame ass excuses to prevent Native Fishermen from feeding their tribe. No better then the Americans

I'm not much for being drenched with dirty brown water. I love to kayak but not in the ocean; I'm thalassophobic. Lover Nova Scotia. I'd love to live there.

If you plan to Kayak the Bay of Fundy, get a guide. The tides are very powerful and quite dangerous, even people who think they are expert sea kayakers should think twice about going out alone..

Disappointing video. There is far more to NS than the coast. There is some of best and most scenic agricultural land in Canada. This video ignored Halifax, the Annapolis Valley, Fortress Lousibourg, The first permanent settlement in Canada in Port Royal and the historic Annapolis Royal. It ignored the Acadian lands of Grande Pre and the French Shore. It missed most of the province. How is eating lobster a separate trip? You can get lobster many places; if you want something uniquely Nova Scotian, try an authentic donair. We are not all fishermen.

I’d like to mention it takes 5 hours to drive the Cabot Trail start to finish, not two or three days. It is nice to take a couple days to stop everywhere you’d like. But saying it takes two or three days maybe more if you want to stop is misinformation to potential visitors
