Pinakbet recipe/lutong pinoy/ilocano dish
How to cook pinakbet a popular vegetable dish in the Philippines which originated in Ilocos Region,the word pinakbet is derived from the Ilocano word pinakebbet meaning “shrunk” or “shrivelled”.
The original Ilocano pinakbet uses bagoong of fermented monamon or other fishes ,for seasoning.
While i used bagoong alamang for this recipe.
